Darla was found dumped in the woods. She was used for hunting and breeding. She came into the rescue and had a serious infection in her uterus from being overbred. After having emergency surgery she was given a clean bill of health. She is heartworm positive and has started treatment. The rescue will cover this treatment until she tests negative. Don’t let it fool you. She is very active and loves to play. She loves squeaky toys and snuggling in bed with her foster mom. Darla is great with dogs and children. She does not like cats! Darla is very active and loves attention. She would make a great family dog. She is crate trained and house trained. She has the best personality. Always happy and wagging her tail. She would do best with a fenced in yard because she loves to run and play off leash. She is UTD vaccines, spayed and microchipped.
