Ollie is a young, dilute blue Basset Hound—likely under 2 years old—who came to us from a shelter after being picked up several times. Unfortunately, his former family decided not to reclaim him, but their loss has become his fresh start.

When Ollie first arrived, he was in rough shape—sick, underweight, and clearly neglected. But with the help of his loving foster family, he’s already showing his bright, happy personality! He’s got a pep in his step, a heart full of love, and a gentle, affectionate spirit.

Ollie weighs about 30 pounds now but will be at a healthy weight soon. He’s great with adults and children, enjoys other dogs, and is still waiting to be cat-tested. He’s doing wonderfully with potty training and is fully crate-trained! He’s food-motivated but not food-aggressive, making him both easy to train and easy to love.

Ollie is looking for a family who will love and cherish him the way he’s always deserved. If you give him your time and heart, he’ll return it a thousand times over.

More news to come.
