Max

Age: 6 years-old
Sex: Male
Weight: 112 Pounds
Color: Liver and Tan
House Trained: Yes
Health: Not medically cleared
Max is a big, handsome Bloodhound with a striking liver-and-tan coat, the smooshiest angel face, and a heart overflowing with love. He joined us after his beloved human passed away, and now he’s looking for a soft place to land.
Despite his size, Max is an easygoing soul. He’s fully house-trained, non-destructive, and has the gentlest spirit. His favorite things are naps, belly rubs, and just being near his people. Max gets along beautifully with dogs, cats, kids, and adults—he’s truly the kind of dog everyone falls in love with.
Max is currently receiving some medical care, so he’s not yet available for adoption. Once he’s ready, he’ll be perfectly happy as an only dog or as part of a pack. His only requests are a comfy couch to snooze on and someone who loves giving out belly rubs.
Oh—and fair warning—he snores. But trust us, it’s way too cute to be mad about.
