Roscoe is a stunning black & tan bloodhound who’s already captured our hearts. When he first arrived, he was in rough shape and weighed just 55 lbs, but thanks to the care of his loving foster, he’s receiving the medical treatment he needs to gain weight and thrive again.
Roscoe celebrates his birthday in September—making him a thoughtful, loyal Virgo. He enjoys long strolls around the yard, snuggles with his humans, and playtime with other dogs. He hasn’t been tested with cats yet, but he’s proven to have a sweet and well-rounded personality. Bonus points—he’s both crate-trained and house-trained!
Despite his rocky past, Roscoe’s spirit shines bright. He’s a happy-go-lucky boy who deserves a family that will shower him with the love and affection he’s been missing. For now, Roscoe is on a medical hold, but he’s well on his way to being ready for his forever home.
